Deleting your data

Last updated 7 September 2026

Flip Drift, published by Krynetic Games, has no accounts and no sign-up — so there is no account to close. Your progress is saved on your own device and you can erase it yourself in a few seconds. What we hold on our server is a set of anonymous gameplay counts — and, if you have ever redeemed a promo code, a record that you did. This page explains how to have all of it removed.

1. Your game save — erase it yourself

Everything the game remembers about you — your best score, your orbs, mission progress, your daily streak and your settings — is stored on your own device and never uploaded. To erase all of it:

If you also want the statistics on our server deleted, copy your identifier first (see step 2) — the reset replaces it with a new one, and without the old one we cannot find your rows.

That is a complete and permanent erasure of the local save, including the random identifier described below — so the next run starts a genuinely fresh install. Clearing your browser data for play.kryneticgames.com has exactly the same effect. Uninstalling the Android app clears its copy too — but if Google’s automatic app backup is switched on, Android can restore that save, and the identifier in it, when you reinstall. Reset all progress inside the game is the reliable way to start over, because it replaces the identifier there and then.

2. The statistics on our server — ask us and we will delete them

Flip Drift sends a small set of anonymous counts about how the game is played: that a session started, that a run started, that a run ended and how it went, that an orb was unlocked, that the shop was opened, which platform and version you are on, and a random identifier so that ten runs from one player are not counted as ten players. There is no name, no email address, no location and no IP address in any of it. The privacy policy lists every field in full.

To request deletion, email hello@kryneticgames.com with the subject Flip Drift — delete my data. We will reply and act within one month, and usually within a few days.

Please include your identifier. Open Settings in the game and it is shown below the Share Stats switch, with a button to copy it. It looks like b77f72e8-d97e-4560-b6c8-0ba9dae6f194.

Because it is random and is attached to nothing else about you — no name, no email, no device details — it is the only way we can tell your rows apart from everybody else’s. Without it we cannot identify what to delete, so copy it across before you email. If your save is already gone and the identifier with it, tell us and we will explain what we can still do.

If you would rather nothing more was collected at all, open Settings and set Share Stats to Off. Collection stops immediately, anything still queued on your device is discarded, and the game plays exactly the same.

3. What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained beyond the periods above, nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with any third party. Cloudflare hosts the service that stores the statistics and processes them only on our instructions.
